Based in Aurora and reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor position is responsible for the supervision and leadership of all production employees on the afternoon shift through coaching, feedback and performance management. This includes overseeing the flow of production within the plant and analyzing and resolving any barriers to flow. The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting or exceeding the production plan.

Based in Aurora and reporting to the Senior Sales Director, this position is responsible for developing business opportunities and collaborating with sales and marketing to identify new market opportunities to drive personal and business growth. It requires someone with a “hunter” mindset with proven ability to generate new business from leads, cold calling and other methods, with the ability to “farm” when necessary.
Based in Aurora and reporting to the Production Manager, the CNC Operator will be responsible for the precise programming and operation of the CNC machines in order to produce CleanRiver’s products.
