LA Convention Center Success Story
In 2016, in anticipation to hosting the Greenbuild Expo, the LA Convention Center worked for 6 months to add compost bins in public spaces, find haulers for additional waste streams and fine-tune the back of house sorting process for all waste generated by the Greenbuild show. Using CleanRiver’s Transition® TPM 45 Bins throughout the facility, they set a goal diversion rate of 85% based on the LA Convention Center’s baseline of 72%.
